The Wayne County Health Department has been awarded the Creating Healthy Communities grant. This is a 5 year grant that officially began October 1, 2024. This grant is a sub award of the grant awarded to the Ohio Department of Health from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, under the Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant.
