The Falls Prevention Program of Holmes, Wayne & Ashland, is overseen by Holmes County and is funded as a sub-grantee through the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC with a mission to work towards preventing falls among adults 60 and over. We partner with local agencies and community members to decrease fall related injuries for residents 60 and over. We offer education on home safety, balance programs, risk assessments, speaker presentations, education handouts, and referrals.
