Everyone 6 months of age and older should get a flu vaccine every season. Children 6 months through 8 years of age should receive 2 doses a minimum of 4 weeks apart the first season they receive flu vaccine. And adults 65 years or older should receive the "high dose" vaccine.
Flu vaccine for children and adults will be available the end of August.
